Every order with branding or printed artwork goes through the same checks before it reaches production, so what you approve is what you receive. Here's how it works, step by step.
1. Submit your artwork
Upload your logo or design when you order or request a quote. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution SVG) give the best results, especially for embroidery or large-format printing. If you don't have artwork-ready files, let us know in your order or quote request.
2. Artwork review
Our team checks your file for resolution, colour mode, bleed and any issues that could affect the final print or branding. A R500 artwork setup fee applies per design. It is credited toward your order once the order is confirmed.
3. Digital proof
We prepare a digital proof showing your artwork positioned on the actual product, at the size and in the colours it will be produced in.
4. Your approval
Nothing goes into production until you've reviewed and approved the proof. If changes are needed, we revise it and send an updated proof for your sign-off.
5. Production
Once approved, your order moves into production. Typical turnaround is 7 to 10 working days from approval, depending on the product and quantity. This is confirmed in your quote or order confirmation.
6. Quality check
Finished items are checked against your approved proof before dispatch.
7. Delivery
Your order is delivered or made available for collection, as arranged at checkout. Delivery is calculated separately based on your location.
Repeat orders
We keep your approved artwork on file, so reordering the same design doesn't mean starting the approval process from scratch. Just reference your previous order when you reorder.
