Quick Ticket

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quick Ticket website and your purchase of products and services from Quick Ticket (“Quick Ticket”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a business operating in the Republic of South Africa. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Quick Ticket supplies custom-printed marketing materials, signage, packaging, apparel and related products, produced to order based on the specifications and artwork you provide. Our registered business details, VAT number (where applicable) and contact information are available on our Contact Us page and will be included on your tax invoice.

2. Quotes, orders and acceptance

Any quote provided is valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated, and is subject to final confirmation of specifications, quantities and artwork. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it in writing (including by email) and, where applicable, received payment in accordance with clause 5. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where artwork infringes a third party's rights or is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for print.

3. Artwork, proofs and your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text and files you supply are accurate, print-ready, and that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce them. Where we provide a digital proof, it is your responsibility to check it carefully for spelling, layout, colour, sizing and content before approving it for print. Quick Ticket is not liable for errors that were present in artwork you supplied or in a proof that you approved.

Colours displayed on a screen may differ from the final printed result due to differences between screen and print colour reproduction (RGB versus CMYK); minor variation of this nature does not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on this site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable South African rate. Pricing for configurable products is calculated based on the quantity tier and options you select at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and will notify you before processing an order affected by such an error.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Full payment is generally required before production begins unless credit terms have been agreed with you in writing. Production and turnaround times only begin once payment has been received and, where applicable, artwork has been approved.

6. Production and turnaround times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith based on standard production schedules and exclude courier or postal delivery time. Turnaround times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including artwork delays, public holidays, load-shedding, or courier disruptions. Where a rush or expedited service is selected and paid for, we will use reasonable efforts to meet the shorter timeline.

7. Delivery and risk

We arrange delivery via courier or postal service to the address you provide at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 7 days of delivery of any damage, shortage or defect.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details. In summary, because most Quick Ticket products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, the right to a “cooling-off” cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act does not generally apply to bespoke or made-to-order goods. Where a product is defective or was produced incorrectly due to our error, we will repair, reprint or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos or designs you supply to us. By submitting artwork you grant Quick Ticket a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Any templates, layouts or design elements created by Quick Ticket on your behalf remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, save that you may use the final printed product for its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Ticket's liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or goodwill, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will first be addressed through our customer support process, and failing resolution, may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum, the National Consumer Commission, or the courts of South Africa having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Contact us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us using the details on our Contact Us page.
