We accept print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files (300 DPI minimum). PDF with embedded fonts and 0.125" bleed is preferred.

Yes, every order includes a free pre-press artwork check to catch resolution, bleed, and color issues before we print.

If there's a printing error on our part, we'll reprint or refund your order. Custom printed items generally cannot be returned for buyer's remorse — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Rush and next-day options are available on most products.
